ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.3,05,830.13/- (Rs. Three Lakhs Five Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty and Thirteen Paise Only) to the plaintiff with interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
