ORDER ON DRAFT CHAMBER SUMMONS
Heard.
The earlier NM 1673/18 was disposed of with direction
that the defendant corporation not to act upon the order
for 10 days in case of adverse order passed against the
Plaintiff.
By this chamber summons it is contended that the order
now is passed, the Plaintiff seeks to challenge the said
order by amending the suit.
The defendant submitted to the order of the court.
The amendments are the subsequent events happening
during the pendency of suit. The subsequent events are
sought to be brought on record by amendment of plaint. It
deserves to be allowed.
The draft chamber summons is accordingly allowed. The
Plaintiff to amend the suit forthwith.
