2 The present application is filed by the applicant to assign suit
nos. 4256/12 (pending in C.R. No.13) and 3131/12 (pending in C.R. No.2)
in one court.
3 It appears that above mentioned suits are between the same
parties and pertains to same property.

4 Mr.M.R. Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, submitted
that as the parties in both the suits and property is same, in the interest of
justice both the suits be assigned in one court.
5 Mr.S.S. Jinsiwal, learned counsel for the respondent has no
objection to assign the same in one court.
6 In view of above, I pass the following order:
O R D E R
Transfer Application No.147 of 2019 is allowed.
Suit no.4256/12 pending in C.R. No.13 stands transferred to
C.R. No.2.
Both the courts be informed accordingly.
