ORDER
1. This is notice of motion take by plaintiff for expediting the matter
as plaintiff is senior citizen of 77 years old.
2. The defendant by filing say objected for expediting the matter.
Defendants contention is that plaintiff has not produced any document
in support of notice of motion. It is baseless to say that plaintiff is 77
years old.
3. I have heard Advocate for both the parties.

4. Plaintiff is present before the Court. He is senior citizen. As per
circular of Hon'ble High Court, matter of senior citizen is to be
expedited hence, notice of motion is allowed. Accordingly, I proceed to
pass the following order :
O R D E R
1. Notice of Motion No.1876 of 2018 is allowed.
2. Plaintiff being senior citizen, matter is expedited.
3. Notice of Motion No.1876 of 2018 stands disposed off
accordingly.
