ORDER
. Plaintiff taken out this Chamber Summons to amend the
address of the defendant as per the schedule of Chamber Summons.
2. Ld. Advocate Shri. Chinmay Gavkar for the plaintiff
submitted that writ of summons was issued to Defendant No.2 on the
address mentioned in the title clause of the plaint but returned with the

remark not found. Now, the plaintiff has got the new address of the
defendant. Therefore, this new address is required to be added in the
title clause of the plaint. Hence, plaintiff sought the amendment
accordingly.
3. In view of the above discussion, I pass the following
order :
ORDER
1. Chamber summons No.853/2018 is made absolute in terms of
prayer clause.
2. Plaintiff is directed to comply accordingly.
