1. Defendant No.1 taken out this motion to expedite the matter and
complete in a time bound manner.
2. Defendant No.1 is a senior citizen of 68 years . Due to old age he
is suffering from various ailments and on regular medication. Plaintiff
has illegally occupied the suit premises, therefore, he want to take back
the possession of suit premises from plaintiff during his life time,

therefore, he prayed that motion be made absolute.
3. Perused the reply of the plaintiff.
