No.3 Rekha Chavan @ Asha Lokegaonkar, deft No.4 Sadhana Nikam @ Sadhana Lokegaonkar and
defendant No.5 Vaidehi Dagare @ Sunanda Lokegaonkar are present in person with their ld.
Advocate Sagita Musale. Plaintiffs and defendant Nos.1 to 5 have filed consent terms at Exh.10. On
enquiry, Plaintiffs and defendant Nos.1 to 5 have admitted contents of consent terms Exh.10 to be
correct and admissible to all of them. Ld. advocate for deft Nos.6 and 7 have endorsed no objection
on the consent terms. Plaintiffs have filed separate pursis Exh.11 for withdrawal of suit against deft
Nos.6 and 7. Advocates for deft Nos.6 and 7 have endorsed no objection on pursis Exh.11. In view
of consent terms Exh.10, suit stands disposed off as settled between Plaintiffs and defendant Nos.1
to 5. In view of pursis Exh.11, suit stands disposed off against deft Nos.6 and 7 being withdrawn
unconditionally by the plaintiffs. A consent decree be drawn up accordingly in terms of consent
terms Exh.10. Court fees be refunded to the plaintiffs as per rules. Pending N.M.No.3876/2019 and
2168/2019 are disposed off as suit is settled between plaintiffs and defendant Nos.1 to 5 so also as
withdrawn against defendant Nos.6 and 7.
