For the reasons separately recorded, the following order is passed
ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.1,53,210.95ps. (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Three Thousand Two Hundred Ten and Ninety Five Paise) to the plaintiff with interest on principal amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2. Defendant do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
