Perused N/m. ..Today the concerned officer of the MCGM has made a statement before the court that the MCGM will considered the reply and the documents (Page 52, Exh.(I) of the Plaint, received by the MCGM 19.03.2018) filed by the plaintiff and thereafter shall pass the fresh order It is submitted that the plaintiff intends to file additional reply and documents.
