Heard, respective advocates. The Ch/s pertains to the events happened subsequent to the filing of the suit in the form of passing of final order dtd. 28.04.2018 and consequential reliefs. Considering the same the proposed amendment appears necessary for hearing of the suit. It is proposed diligently. Therefore the following order is passed -
ORDER
1. The Ch/s No. 823 of 2018 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) with a direction to carry out amendment within two weeks from today by supplying copies to the defendant.
