On perusal of the report it reveals that in response to the public notice of the auction of the above said properties, offers were not received and therefore the auction could not be carried out. Court receiver is directed to carry out fresh auction for the above said properties by duly publishing the notice of the auction in widely circulated English, Marathi and Gujrati news papers. The parties i.e. Decree Holder and Judgment Debtor to deposit the necessary charges for the publication of notice and the other charges in proportion of to their share for carrying out the auction, within a period of two weeks from today. The parties are directed to deposit the amount of Rs. 2,04,500/-towards professional charges of the valuer M/s Shrinivas Kini and company in proportion of to their shares. On deposit of the said amount by the parties, the Court Receiver to make the payment in terms of prayer clause b to M/s Shrinivas Kini and Co. towards professional fees. The cost of the report be appropriated from the funds of the State lying with the Court Receiver in accordance with law. Accordingly the report is disposed of.
