F.R.S.R. following order has passed-
ORDER
1. Notice of Motion No.1796 of 2018 is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses a to c subject to cost of Rs.4000/- in addition to the cost of Rs.2000/- as ordered by the court in Notice of Motion no.2645 of 2015.
2. It is made clear that if till next date Defendant will not deposit total cost of Rs.6000/- in the court she will lose her right forever to pray for accepting her Written Statement.
3. Considering the fact that on 06/11/2017 Defendant has carried out affirmed Written Statement with her and it was not filed, I find that affirmed Written Statement will be kept on record of this Court but it be will accepted after depositing cost ordered by the court.
Affirmed Written Statement is filed on record but it is not accepted. Its copy is served upon Plaintiff\''s advocate.
