ORAL ORDER
This is a Chamber Summons taken out by plaintiff to bring legal
representatives of defendant No.6 on record.
2. Plaintiff has stated that Advocate of defendant No.6 by their letter
dated 30th August, 2014 informed Advocate of plaintiff about the death
of defendant No.6 on 6th March, 2014. Plaintiff has further stated that
by letters dated 24th March, 2015 and 9th April, 2015 he requested the

advocate of defendant No.6 to give the addresses of the legal heirs of
defendant No.6. It is further stated that advocate of defendant No.6 by
their letter dated 29th May, 2015 informed advocate of plaintiff about
the addresses of the legal heirs of defendant No.6.
3. Defendants have not denied such contentions of plaintiff.
4. To decide the suit on merits, it will be proper to allow plaintiff to
bring legal heirs of defendant No.6 on record. It appears, according to
him, he got addresses of legal heirs of defendant No.6 on 29th May,
2015 and thereafter this Chamber Summons is filed in August, 2019.
To allow plaintiff to fight case on merits, it will be proper to condone
delay in bringing legal heirs on record and allow legal heirs to be
brought on record. Hence, following Order:
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.1068 of 2019 is allowed.
2. Plaintiff to carry out amendment within 14 days from the date of
this Order.
3. Chamber Summons No.1068 of 2019 stands disposed of.
