Perused N/m and reply.  Heard both the sides.  The concerned Officer present before the court submitted that the plff has filed contrary structural audit report.  The Ld.adv.for the plff submitted that the plff is ready to submit said structural audit report in proforma B within 15 days with the authority.  The plffs are ready  to file undertaking with the MCGM that MCGM will not be held responsible for any untoward incident if occurs regarding the suit building.  The plff to file said undertaking within two weeks before the concerned authority.  The concerned officer also made a statement that the MCGM will follow the guidelines as per Writ Petition (L) No.1135/2014 so far as  the suit premises is concerned.
