FRSR following order is passed ORDER
1.The defendant shall pay Rs.2,37,775.34ps/- (Rs.Two Lacs Thirty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Five and Thirty Four Paise Only) to the plaintiff with interest on principal amount of Rs.2,00,000/- at the rate of 18 per cent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2.Defendant do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
