FRSR Judgment Exh-13 pronounce and following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The defendant do pay Rs.2,18,000/- (Rs. Two Lakhs and Eighteen Thousand Only) to the plaintiff and he shall also pay interest to the plaintiff on principal amount of Rs.2,00,000/- at the rate of 18 percent per month from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
