ORDER
By application (Exhibit-15), the applicant / defendant No.4 has prayed for modification of order to the Speaking to the Minutes dated 01.08.2026. Not on board. Taken on board for Speaking to Minutes of the order dated 01.08.2026.
2. It is submitted by learned advocate of the applicant / defendant No.4 that while passing the order in Notice of Motion No.1500/2025 on 01.08.2026, there are some erroneous additions of facts as well as typographical error and hence, modification is required. Apparently, the contentions in the application at para 2(ii) and 2(iii) are not typographical errors nor they are contrary to the record. Hence, the prayer in that regard is rejected.
3. There is inadvertent typographical error in the observations at para 4 of the order, Record reflects that the plaintiff has filed reply on affidavit denying all the adverse allegations made by the applicant / defendant and prayed for dismissal of the Notice of Motion and same needs to be deleted by way of correction in the order dated 01.08.2026 in Notice of Motion No.1500/2025 (in L.C. Suit No.1351/2019). Accordingly, order dated 01.08.2026 be corrected and uploaded in CIS as second order.
