Plaintiff advocate submitted that this court has jurisdiction to entertain this suit and to grant ad interim relief because Defendant Methodist Church in India is not the public trust however its subsidiary body the Executive Board of the Methodist Church in India is Trust and said Executive Board was initially registered under Society\''s Act and later on it is registered under BPT Act.  She argued that permission of Charity Commissioner is not necessary for filing of this suit because Defendant Methodist Church is not Public Trust.  It is argued that said Trust has sent Plaintiff no.1 on compulsory leave and further he was informed that he will have to remain present for inquiry.   Lastly, Plaintiff advocate submitted that she is intending to file a readable copy of the letter which is filed at page no.52 of the plaint hence matter may be adjourned.
