ORAL ORDER
1. By this application plaintiff is seeking extension of time for
carrying out amendment in the plaint.
2. Perused the application and reply filed by the
defendant/BMC and proposed defendant. From the record, it appears
that the plaintiff sought amendment vide chamber summons
No.1842/2019 decided on 03.11.2022. However, the plaintiff could not
carry out amendment in the plaint within 14 days from the date of the
order. By considering the grounds mentioned in the application and in
the interest of justice time is granted for carrying out amendment.
Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
Application Exhibit No.4 is allowed.
