This notice of motion is taken out by the plaintiffs

requesting for injunction to restrain defendants from printing,
publishing and circulating in print media or in social media, any kind of
defamatory articles relating to the plaintiffs. Defendant Nos.1, 2 and
defendant Nos.3, 4 have filed separate reply to this notice of motion
opposing the same. This notice of motion is for hearing. During the
pendency of the suit as there was chances of settlement between the
parties, the suit was referred to mediation. By mediation report Exh.5,
the parties have settled their disputes. They have filed consent terms at
Exh.5. Accordingly, dispute between the parties is settled. Today by
separate order, by recording consent terms suit is decreed in terms of
consent terms hence, this notice of motion does not survive further. In
the result, I pass following order :-
O R D E R
1. Notice of Motion No.2041 of 2019 is dismissed.
2. Parties to bear their own costs.
