ORDER
This Chamber Summons has been filed by the Applicants /
Respondents for deletion of name of plaintiff nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 from the
cause title of the Plaint and addition of the name of the applicants i.e.
partners of plaintiff no. 5 in their place.
2. Heard both the sides. Perused the roznama and documents

3. It is observed that the Copy of the Death Certificate of the
deceased plaintiff nos. 1 to 4 and the copy of the Partnership extract
are filed on record alongwith Chamber Summons.
4. The advocates of defendant nos. 1 and 3 have no objection
to the Chamber Summons being allowed. Hence, considering the
circumstances before me and in the interest of justice, following Order
is passed :
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 787 of 2018 is allowed.
2. Amendment to be carried out by next date.
