there is typographical error in typing the name of defendant in the
plaint.
2. Defendant has not filed any objection to carry out amendment. It
appears it is a typographical mistake in writing the name of defendant.
If such amendment is allowed, it will not change the nature of the suit
or cause harm to defendant. Hence, following order :
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.781 of 2018 is allowed.
2. Plaintiff to carry out amendment within seven days from the date
of this Order.
