Adv for the Plaintiff has submitted that area of the suit premises is 13 X 10 sq.ft. Adv for the Plaintiff and Plaintiff\''s son Mr. Kamlesh Nanji Shah who is present before the court have submitted that in the description of the suit premises in suit plaint para no. 1, there is mistake and suit premises is made up of GI colour coated sheets. Further they have submitted that they will amend the suit accordingly on next date. Thus considering the relief claimed in N/M, with directions to the defendant to follow due process of law while initiating any action in respect of suit premises (as described today). With above directions draft N/M stands disposed of and it be registered for statistical purpose.
Matter adjd to 17.07.2018 for compliance by the Plaintiff.
