ORDER Below Exh.5
Today, plaintiff Geetika Gulati present. She has filed copy of Aadhar
Card self attested. She has been identified by holding Adv. P. V. Parab
appeared on behalf of Adv. Makrand Raut. The plaintiff submitted that
she do not want to proceed with the suit. Today, the matter is listed on
the board. But, no one appeared from the side of the defendants. The
suit is pending for WS/NM reply/ NM hearing. Considering, the stage of
the suit, permission is granted to plaintiff to withdraw the suit.
Accordingly, suit stands disposed of.
ORDER Below Exh.1.
1. In view of the application at Exh. 5, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn
unconditionally.
2. Suit No. 1905 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of.
3. Bill of cost be prepared accordingly. Leave granted to register Ch/s is
cancelled and disposed of draft accordingly. Leave granted to register
NM is cancelled and disposed of draft accordingly. The suit is disposed
of. Therefore, NM No.1965/2019 taken out by the plaintiff does not
survive. Accordingly N/M No.1965/2020 stands disposed of.
