Shoucchalaya&amp#039 on the suit site. From the
demolition report and statement of the officer of MCGM, it
appears that, the present has become infructous and cause of
action does not survive. Therefore, considering the above
fact and order in Appeal From Order No. 705/2015 dt.
11/01/2023, suit is disposed of as it has become infructous.
As the suit is disposed of Notice of Motion no. 1035 of
2019 and chamber summons no. 1035 of 2019 do not
survives. Hence, Notice of Motion no. 1035 of 2019 and
chamber summons no. 1035 of 2019 are also disposed of.
