O R A L O R D E R
Read application. Respondent though duly served vide
affidavit of service (Exh.2), remained absent.
2. It appears that applicant and his wife have filed two suits
against their son and daughterinlaw involving common issues. One of the
suit bearing No.1801/2018 is pending in C.R.No.9, while another suit
No.1800/2018 is in C.R.No.1. Since both the suits are between same
parties, having the common issues, they needs to be tried by any one
Court. Hence, this application.

3. I have gone through the copies of plaints of suit
Nos.1800/2018 and 1801/2018. Both the plaintiffs in the said suits and
who are applicants before me have filed those two suits against their
daughterinlaw in respect of two different suit properties. The reliefs in
both the suits are identical. Since the application is not contested by the
respondent, in my considered opinion, no prejudice would be caused to
respondent if both the suits are tried by one Court.
4. In view of above, the application deserves consideration.
Hence the following order :
O R D E R
Transfer Application No.131/2019 is allowed.
S.C. Suit No.1801/2018 stands transferred from C.R.No.9 to
CR.No.1 where S.C. Suit No.1800/2018 is pending.
Both the Courts be informed accordingly.
