The officer has admitted to have received the copy. Accordingly following F. R.S.R. order is passed on NM - ORDER 1. The Assistant Municipal Commissioner of defendant corporation G North Ward shall consider the reply of plaintiff dated 09.11.2020 and the documents tendered by plaintiff and pass fresh speaking order. 2. Till then and in case of adverse order if any, four weeks thereafter, defendant is directed not to take any coercive action in respect of the suit premises. 3. Plaintiff is at liberty to make online application through licensed architect to Assistant Engineer, Building and Proposal Department for regularization/permission with respect to mobile tower described in suit premises. If plaintiff makes such application, the same shall be decided within six weeks from the date of application. The order passed on the application shall be communicated to plaintiff or his licensed architect. 4. In view of the above directions, Suit and Draft Notice of Motion is disposed of. 5. Suit and Draft Notice of Motion be registered for statistical purpose. Draft Ch/sum is disposed of as the suit is disposed of. It be registered for statistical purposes.
