before the Court on 09/12/2022. They admitted the
signature and contents of consent terms. It is submitted by
the plaintiff and defendant No.1 that dispute has been
amicably settled as per consent terms below Exh.7. Hence,
consent terms Exh.7, TOR. It appears that matter has been
settled as per consent terms filed by the parties vide Exh.7.
Hence, I pass following order- O R D E R 1. L.C. Suit
No.1294/2020 has been disposed of in terms of consent
terms below Exh.7. 2. Consent terms Exh.7 be treated as a
part of the decree. 3. In view of disposed of suit N/M
No.242/2021 and N/M No.1849/2020 and contempt N/M
No.242/2021 are disposed of. 3. Decree be drawn up
accordingly.
