perused the authority letter issued by plaintiff to Mr.Sanjay
Jain for withdrawal of the suit. Hence, application is
allowed. Plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the suit
unconditionally. Court fee be refunded in appropriate
proportion. The NM nos. 613/2020, 1497/19, 1935/19,
