For the reason separately recorded following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The defendants jointly and severally shall pay Rs.1,85,774.24 ps. (Rs. One Lakh Eighty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Four and Twenty Four Paise only) to the plaintiff and interest on principal amount of Rs.1,40,000/- at the rate of 12 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2. Defendants do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
3. Court fee, if any, be refunded as per rule.
4. Decree be drawn accordingly.
