ORDER
1. Decree holder has taken out this application for withdrawal of
amount deposited by judgment debtor.
2. Perused the report of Asstt.Registrar PLA Section , Accounts
Department. The amount of Rs.16,84,968.25 deposited in the Indian
Bank, Nariman Point Branch Mumbai on 03/03/2018.
3. The legal heir of original defendant had deposited the amount of
Rs.16,84,968.25 in the court as a full and final claim of the decree
holder under the decree in suit No.166/1977. Hence, I proceed to pass

following order.
ORDER
1. Miscellaneous Application No.18/2018 is allowed only with
repect to prayer clause(a).
2. The decree holder is allowed to withdraw the amount of
Rs.16,84,968.25 with accrued interest, if any, after due identification.
