plaintiff would be considered and the speaking order
would be passed. In view of the pursis the suit itself along
with the notice of motion can be disposed off by directing
the defendant /corporation to pass speaking order after
considering the reply of the plaintiff within 15 days from
today. In case of adverse orders against plaintiff no
coercive action be taken for the period of 7 days from the
date of order. The suit and notice of motion is disposed
off.
The plaintiff and the defendant /corporation pray for
supply of ordinary copy of order passed today.
Sheristedar are directed to supply authenticated copy of
this order.
