ORDER
1. The plaintiff by filing instance Chamber Summons seeking
to correct name of defendant no.3.
2. Heard both sides. Perused Chamber summons. The plaintiff
tendered Notice of Motion No.1856/19 for recalling of order dismissing
suit against defendant no.3. The aforesaid notice of motion is allowed
by this court. In view of that, the Chamber summons needs to be
allowed. Hence, I proceed to pass following order :
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 987/2019 is allowed in terms of prayer
clauses (a) and (b).
2. The plaintiff to carry out necessary amendment within period of
14 days from the date of order.

3. Plaintiffs to bear the costs of chamber summons.
5. Chamber summons is disposed of accordingly.
