The Ld. counsel for the plaintiff filed application for extension of ad-interim order.   The Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 2 opposed the application on the count that the Notice of Motions are rejected on merit and therefore there is no purpose for extending the order.  On perusal of  record it appears that the order of the ad-interim was passed on 22.5.2019 and since then it has been extended time and again till date.  The plaintiff wish to assail the order of this court and therefore in that background the request of the plaintiff is required to be considered.
