Chamber Summons No.629/20 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 2. Plaintiffs to carry out amendment within four weeks from today. 3. Plaintiff shall supply the copy of amended plaint to the Court and also serve a copy thereof on defendant within two weeks thereafter. Advocate Sarambalkar for defendant submits that the defendant has vacated the suit premises on 10.12.2020 and the said fact is communicated to the plaintiff on 27.12.2020. Advocate for plaintiff accepts that defendant has communicated so on 27.12.2020. The case is adjourned to 23.02.2021 for compliance.
