pass following order in Chamber summons no. 975/19.
ORDER :-
Ch/s is taken out by plaintiff to delete name of Defendant no. 1 on the ground that
he died on 27.03.2019. Copy of death certificate shows that defendant no. 1 died on
27.03.2019. Present ch/s is taken out within prescribed period of limitation. So I am
inclined to allow Chamber summons hence pass following order,
ORDER
1. Ch/s no. 975/19 is allowed is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
2. Plaintiff to carry out amendment within a period of fourteen days from date of
order and copy of amended plaint place on record.
Matter Adjd to 25/09/2019 for Compliance and NM reply.
