Applicant has stated that plaintiff died on 02.12.2018 and
applicant is the daughter i.e. legal heir and representative of deceased
plaintiff. Therefore, she prayed her name be included as plaintiff and be
permitted to carry out amendment.
2. Defendant has not filed any reply.
3. All the material allegations of applicant that she is legal heir and

representative of deceased plaintiff have remained unchallenged. It will
be proper to allow legal heir to come on record and fight case on merits.

this Order.
3. Chamber Summons Nos. 952 of 2019 stands disposed of.
