The defendants have opposed the said notice of motion. 3. In the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court in Writ Petition No.4100 of 2017 the contention of the defendants is already considered. Moreover, in view of amendment to Section9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, the present prayer of the defendant cannot be considered.
