2) The Notice of Motion is filed to set aside the ex-parte
decree in Suit No. 5185 of 2007.
3) In the Notice of Motion, both the parties have noted that
the dispute is settled. They have withdrawn the Execution
Application 509 of 2019. The dispute is settled between the
parties and the plaintiff has received the amount. The applicant
in the Notice of Motion desires to withdraw the Notice of Motion.
Hence Notice of Motion is disposed of as withdrawn.
