Heard both the sides.
Perused the documents, notice and speaking order. Admittedly
plaintiff had not filed documents alongwith reply. Hence,
opportunity of hearing was not received to the plaintiff.
Therefore, plaintiff is directed to produce the documents if any
before defendant (Designated officer, G/N ward) within one
week from today. Thereafter, defendant shall pass speaking order
afresh. Till then and in case of adverse order if any two weeks
thereafter defendant corporation is directed not to take coercive
action in respect of suit premises. In view of this suit and draft
NM are disposed of and they be registered for statistical purpose.
Sheristedar is directed to give authenticated copy of
rozanama to the plaintiff.
