ORDER
1. By this chamber summons, Judgment Debtor has prayed
for stay of warrant for attachment of immovable property mentioned in
payer clause (a), to satisfy the Consent Decree under the execution.
2. On perusal of the chamber summons, it reveals that
Judgment Debtor has pleaded on various grounds for staying the order
of attachment.
3. The Decree Holder replied by denying the contentions of

Judgment Debtor mentioning various grounds in its reply.
4. Heard both sides. Perused the record. Upon perusal of
record, this Court has found that no order of attachment of immovable
property is yet passed. The Ld. Counsel for Judgment Debtor has called
upon to scrutinize the record and to show any order of this Court
regarding the attachment warrant of immovable property mentioned in
prayer Clause (a). The Ld. Counsel of Judgment Debtor took sufficient
time to scrutinize the record and submits that till today there is no
order passed by this Court regarding attachment of immovable
property mentioned in prayer Clause (a).
5. To me, this chamber summons is filed without any order
in respect of any attachment and hence, deserves to be rejected. With
this, I proceed to pass following order :
O R D E R
1. Chamber Summon No.558/2020 in Execution Application
No.94/2019 in S.C. Suit No.1327/2017 is hereby dismissed.
2. Chamber summons disposed of accordingly.
