reveals that, plaintiff and his adv. is absent since long and

Matter is very old i.e. of the year 1984. From the roznama
dt. 0701/2020 and order on M.A 14/2019, It appears that,
the present suit was not disposed off and therefore notice
was issued to the plaintiff and plaintiff appeared on
23/07/2019 and stated that he has no documents. From the
report of the office dt. 24/01/2020, it appears that the
present suit was not disposed off. Inspite of same, plaintiff
and his advocate failed to appear and failed to take
necessary steps to proceed further with the suit. From the
conduct of the plaintiff, it appears that, he is not interested
to proceed further with the suit. Therefore, the suit is
dismissed as per Order 9 Rule 8 of The Code Of Civil
Procedure. As the suit is disposed off, the Chamber
Summons 947/19 and Notice of Motion 1776/19 do not
survive. Hence, Chamber Summons 947/19 and Notice of
Motion No. 1776/19 are disposed off as dismissed.
