The defendant corporation has not filed any reply. The plaintiff has prayed for deletion of defe. no. 4 Sr. Inspector MRA police station, R. A. Marg, CST area from the captioned head of the plaint. According to plaintiffs they do not wish to prosecute the suit against the def. no. 4, and carry out amendment mentioned specifically in the scheduled annexed to the Ch/s. The plaintiff being dominus litis can seek deletion of the def. no. 4 in the plaint. There is no specific prayer against the def. no. 4. In the circumstances the Ch/s no. 747/2018 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment be carried out on or before 05.05.2018.
