On 25.01.2024 documents at Serial Nos. 12 and 13 were marked Article-A and Article-B respectively, because they are photocopies. Today learned counsel of plaintiff drew my attention towards letter dated 04.05.2023 (Exh.25) alongwith this letter plaintiff received information ( page Nos.38 and 39) under right to information act that letters dated 06.08.1999 were destroyed by police. As original letters are destroyed, there photocopies (Article-A and Article-B) are admissible in evidence. Therefore they are marked as Exh.26 and Exh.27 respectively.
