ORDER
1.The defendant shall pay Rs.2,99,000/-.(Rs. Two Lakhs Ninety Nine Thousand Only) to the plaintiff with interest on principal amount of Rs.2,00,000/- at the rate of 18 per cent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
