Perused chamber summons and affidavit in support thereof. It is submitted by the plaintiff that defendants are served on new address. However, it needs to be amended in the title clause. On perusing record, it appears that plaintiff has served writ of summons on defendant on new address, as mentioned in the schedule annexed to the affidavit of chamber summons as per Exh-5. Therefore, it is necessary to allow the plaintiff to carry out the proposed amendment. If proposed amendment is allowed, no prejudice will cause to the defendant. Hence, I am of the view that it is necessary to allow the chamber summons in the interest of justice. Hence, I proceed to pass following order-
