ORDER
1. Plaintiff through present Chamber Summons seeks to
change in the address of the defendants.
2. Heard learned advocate for plaintiff. She submits that writ
of summons was tried to be served on the defendants on their address
mentioned in the title clause. However, the same has been returned

unserved. Thereafter plaintiff has come to know the true and correct
address of the defendants. On the said new address plaintiff intends to
serve the writ of summons. Therefore plaintiff be permitted to place on
record new address by way of amendment.
3. Considering the limited purpose for which Chamber Summons is
filed and considering the statement made on oath by the plaintiff, I find
it just and proper to allow the amendment and thereby afford chance to
the plaintiff to serve writ of summons upon the defendants on new
address. Hence, the order.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.630/2021 is hereby allowed in terms of
prayer clause (a), (b) and (c).
2. Plaintiff to carry out amendment within 14 days from the date of
this order.
3. Chamber Summons No.630/2021 is disposed off accordingly.
