ORDER
Heard argument of both the parties to notice of
motion No. 1648/2020. The reply was filed by the
defendant on 06.01.2021. On that date plaintiff did not
appear. The reason shown in application is due to sickness
of mother of the senior Advocate. Therefore the order dt.
23.11.2020 restraining the defendant from removing the
plaintiff from the suit shop was granted. The said order is
not continued on 06.01.2021. The argument to the notice
of motion seeking interim injunction is heard today and
now it is for passing order. Hence the order dt. 23.11.2020
is continued till next date. Accordingly application Exh.2 is
disposed of.
