For reason separately recorded following order is passed. ORDER 1. Defendant no. 1 and 2 shall pay Rs.2,60,800.64/- (Rupees Two Lakh Sixty Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Four Only) to the plaintiff with interest at the rate of 10 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization. 2. Defendant do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
