reply stating that they have no objection. The
application for withdrawal is allowed. Hence suit is
disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh
suit provided the same is filed within limitation.

The suit is withdrawn by plaintiff therefore the
notice of motion will not survive hence disposed of.
